Cirriculum
"As someone who has experienced floral workshops around the country, I find that there is no greater teacher than to be in the company of fellow flower lovers, in a room filled with incredible blooms, and taught in a way that encourages creativity and a new perspective. It is my intention to bring that resource to our area in a way that is accessible and impactful." - Karin W.
Winter Wreath Workshop
Each class is unique and based on the foliage of the season. Attendees will learn the mechanics and art of wreath making, create a one of a kind wreath, and enjoy a warm atmosphere full of seasonal scents and sights.
The winter class offers and exceptional blend of local cedar, young pine, holly, and evergreens from around the country. This selection also includes dried orange slices, cinnamon sticks, branches, pine cones, ribbon, and other accessories to adorn each wreath.
Participants are encouraged to discover the materials in their own area and come home with the skills to make their own locally foraged decor for seasons to come.
Spring Centerpiece Workshop
Create a seasonal centerpiece from a mixture of farm and seasonal flowers. Each class will have a unique color palate hand selected by Karin Woodward. Attendees will learn to make a nature inspired arrangement in a water filled vessel that is theirs to keep.

Floral Design Classes
A series of floral instruction classes that melds the old techniques of flower arrangement with the new natural style. A celebration of the unusual materials at hand, championed long ago by the likes of Constance Spry; design with a strong focus on color and texture with flower placement and overall piece movement.
Each class focuses on a different design shape and vessel, as well as color theory. Skill level will be assigned to each class and attendees will leave with an arrangement and lesson notes.
